Registering/ Accessing your account on equitable.com

Setting up and securing your online account is easy with just three quick steps to registration. Once online, you can view your account balance, activity and quarterly statments, as well as review and change your investment options.

Go to equitable.com

• Click "Sign In," then “Register now.”
  
• Next, select “Individual” and the applicable product.
  
• Enter your account number. (Please ask your financial professional for this information.)
  
• Enter your SSN and birthdate.

Select ID and password

• For additional security, you will need to choose your authentication method: email or text message.
  
• For email — a six-digit code will be emailed to you that must be entered on our equitable.com website.
  
• For text message — a six-digit code will be sent to you that must be entered on our site.

Select ID and password

• Finalize your registration by creating your User ID, password and confirming your email.
  
• Choose three security questions and answers to help if you forget your password.
  
• You can also choose to sign up for eDelivery from this screen.
